My wife stopped in to look at a replacement fo our 2011 Vibe and was introduced to Jeff Williamson. He took her seriously and never asked to speak with me. That's a five star response to me. He explained the featuresof a 2017 Rav4 at length and took her on a demo ride. she came home, described her experience with Jeff and we drove out together o close the purchase. Jeff offered me a ride but I saw no reason to do that since I knew we were going to make the purchase. The usual paper work time was dealt with very efficiently and we are very happy with the car.

I dealt with Nick Roberto over the phone for a number of days. I live in Pittsburgh and was interested in a used vehicle that Colonial had. The vehicle I wanted was also located at Wright Nissan, two miles from where I live. Although the vehicle Colonial had had about 15,000 mores miles on it, Wright was selling theirs for $4000 more and giving me $3000 less for my trade-in, so it was definitely worth a ride to Indiana, PA to check this deal out. I met Nick in person, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We ultimately made the deal, and I drove off with an expertly washed and detailed Nissan that contained a half a tank of fuel.

I will begin by saying my husband and I are over 70. Our dealings with computers is minimal, at best. Gil McNie took us under his wing and helped us along every step of the way. Not only with the buying process, but with understand the working of all the safety features and other features available to us on our purchase. There was never any high pressure and all our expectations were met. Gil let us know he was available to answer any questions or help out in any way one we had the car in our possession. I did call him (remember, I am old!) and he was knowledgable, polite, and helpful. This is the first Toyota we have purchased. We were told by several friends that this dealership is the best around and we would agree. If I were buying a car as a single woman, I would feel very comfortable and confident buying a car here. As seniors with many questions, we were very impressed that we were never rushed by Gilbert...and his offer for follow-up help even after the sale was made was appreciated. We felt as if our wants and needs were met and the entire staff seems organized and prepared. And to top it off..we love our new Toyota Highlander!

I was greeted by the receptionist and from there it was all uphill. Great people to deal with, honest answers, friendly, good pricing. Marty the manager and Tim in sales along with Fred in financials were the persons I had the pleasure of dealing with. Colonial Toyota deserves the highest rating possible for all they did for us! It was an easy transaction for us especially since we live over an hour from this dealership. From the moment I looked on the website and got my first communication from our salesman, Tim, we knew buying our new Tacoma would be here. Tim answered a lot of questions we had before we ever went to the dealership, helping us to figure out exactly what we wanted. Once options were decided our new truck was on the way!

I bought my other 2 Toyotas from Greensburg Toyota, I emailed the man I usually dealt with, he told me he'd get right on it and call me. Waited 3 weeks, never heard back. Then went to have my Rav serviced at Laurel Toyota, was out looking at cars, not one person asked if I wanted help. Salesmen walked past and never even acknowledged me. Went on-line to Colonial Toyota. Was contacted almost immediately from Tim Neal. He was wonderful!

They have great used cars and will do their best to help you find a car/suv that you like and is within your budget. They don't look down their noses at you if you can't afford a new car.
